Our belief is that continuous education for our entire team, combined with a dedicated passion for our craft, enable us to provide the highest level of service to all new and existing clients.

Over the years we have worked alongside Goldwell Technical Academy and the Toni and Guy International Team who take their inspiration from the catwalk and London fashion week. This year is no exception and we continue to apply our knowledge to our work in the salon, enabling us to create classic to on-trend styles to suit every individual.

The Courtyard’s friendly team is headed by passionate salon owner, Shaun, who has a wide range of knowledge and experience expanding over 40 years in the hairdressing industry. Shaun specialises in bridal hair and hair ups which always leave his clients and team astounded.

Salon director, Louise, has been with the salon for 21 years. She is popular and well known by her clients for her inspirational ideas and creative techniques. Louise’s personalised service enables her to create both classic and on-trend styles that are tailored to the individual needs of her clients.

Salon director, Alicia, joined our team over 18 years ago and continues to provide all her clients with the latest techniques with a fresh, current and individual approach to her hairdressing. She has established herself as a highly valued member of the team.

Stylist, Megan, joined our team over 9 years ago. She has proven herself to have incredible abilities in hairdressing and she enjoys sharing her creativity and passion for hair with all her clients.

James joined our team 5 years ago and is now our graduate stylist, having achieved a distinction in his exams. James has a great passion and creativity and looks forward to sharing this with his clients.

Jamie is our newest stylist to join the team and brings with him 28 years of experience, having worked both in Bath and London. He looks forward to welcoming all his clients to our individual approach to hairdressing.

Our assistant, Izzy, also works alongside us, absorbing all the creative knowledge needed to become a talented stylist at The Courtyard salon.
